Although they're looking to take some of AOL's customers, I don't think they're doing anything like a frontal assault. This will be a much more focused strategy IMO, looking for profitable niches at the beginning, then seeing where it takes it.

I'm long AOL, took a small stake in PRGY, and will be expanding it.
