The drilling might come to an end but that does not prevent the price of gold and silver from rising. The plant should be put in the valley. The elevation that the deposit is at is one that will cause illness from prolonged exposure. A gravity fed conveyer system can deliver the ore down the mountain to the mill.
And of course during the winter season we can all imagine the difficulty for the employees to drive uphill in snow and icy conditions. The less that has to be done on top the better.
A friend of mine did some work at the Cameco mine in Kazakistan(hope that is the right place). He said that there were a lot of problems with altitude sickness, being deprived of enough oxygen and that peoples immune systems went down hill rapidly. THe Cameco mine and mill are at about the same elevation.
