There is no filing. There are 50M authorized and Darren Little is the sole member of the Board of Directors and President. Their corporate charter permits related party transactions. Short of their filing with the SEC, you will just have to take the word of the IR person there at Bingo.com, who says that there are only 25M outstanding, in direct contradiction to Florida State filings that say 50M. With such fluidity in their corporate governance, I would say that there are as many shares in the float as they would want to put there.
