My point still stands! The subject of a Reverse Split has been brought up (...by someone other than myself....). You may not like it, I don't like it, but SOMEBODY decided to raise the issue.

If ""the Doctor" has any interest in the welfare of his investors, he will either identify himself and post information to the quash the matter, or provide a signed document which someone can scan and post to accomplish same. By doing that here, it may be copied to any of the other bulletin boards that also have an interest.

Nobody's "..IMHO.." or "..he really did tell me.." is worth a Slick Willy in this matter.

Either the "man" goes on record, in print, here, or with an official press release, - or the R/S remains as likely a scenario as any other.

I'd like to see this venture succeed, as every "penny" that does well helps break the cycle of failures. But, if everyone was so sure about what they post - there wouldn't be "caveates" in every closing.

The way to close this matter is exactly as stated, get the "man" to publish a "no R/S" statement - so he can be held accountable for it where it counts......in court.

John :-)
