Dawg, you should have known better, but it will all blow over.........................................................................................................................................................in a month or two. I know from personal experience. Deep dodo for a while, at least you have your site to keep you busy when no one talks to ya. Good Luck!

Dawg, does the term celibate
mean anything to you?

Been there, done that.

Bone up on your begging and groveling
and before next valentines day, it will
all be forgiven.

Best of luck,
Jeff

Dawg:

I don't think you can acquire a Valentine for $.50, unless it's one of those that come in a box for the kids to exchange<g>.

Women are not that hard to understand---they like greeting cards on ALL occasions, regardless of newly acquired furniture! Sometimes they like to receive a card even where there is no occasion.....

Remember this. I am breaking the female code of silence by providing you with this insight. (I took a blood oath, you know---gggg)

Now, how do you fix this oversight, hmmmmmmmmm......

Suggestions:

1. Surprise her with toast and coffee in bed this a.m. (I don't know if you're a chef who can produce a full scale breakfast, but here it is the thought that counts)

2. Suggest a movie date for today. It IS a holiday and you can spend some time.

3. Leave her a romantic e-mail.

4. DON'T forget (a) her next birthday and/or (b) your anniversary!!!!

If you need additional suggestions, or if these fail, let me know and I'll try to come up with some more!!<VBG>

Dawg,
I can relate, it doesn't matter that you take them out to dinner, go away for the w/e etc. if you don't buy that card which hallmark has so effectively marketed. . . you are going to be in the dawg house. The only thing that works for me is to admit that i am an insensitive uncaring neanderthal and to beg for forgiveness
lol

Re: "I am in a world of doo doo."

Ha Ha the most relatable post I've ever read. Man there's gas under those cards. I mean fuel for their ego's. She can sit and enjoy that new furniture for the rest of her life but while she's out with the rest of the girls what do you think's gonna give her the big lift? Why it's you Dawg and she needs the knowledge of that card to keep it real!

Don't ever forget that card again!
