QT, I did a lot of detective work on the Michael Burke thread and I found the source of his misinformation. There is a completely garbled sentence in the following news article, which actually relies on data from IDC which clearly supports the thesis that Dell increased market share. In fact, if you look at the boxed data at the bottom of the article you will see that the numbers clearly indicate that Dell increased market share. news.com I responded on that thread with this reply: exchange2000.com This seems to be one of the nests where misinformation about Dell breeds.
