Now, there's a whole other can of worms when someone does an SI search for "Cisco",
they get the same results as if they searched for "cisco"

They all have "cicso" as a favorite stock.

Lots of JB's though

Gee, seems like SI keeps their books about as good as Waterhouse!

About three weeks ago Waterhouse failed to make a good fill.

I filed a complaint.

They said they would make the fill good. However, they somehow forgot to write it in my account. So when I called back the next day I was told I wasn't due a fill and nobody would have told me different. I told them I didn't appreciate being called a liar. I told them to start pulling their tapes because they were going to need them. About an hour later a person calls back and says I was due a fill!

It never showed up. I called the next day and was told again I wasn't due a fill. I told them I had already sold it and my account now showed a short. About two hours later a person calls back and said their manager made the fill for me but forgot to mark my account and had put it into somebody else's account. It finally showed up in my account in time for the closing of the sell, five days after the original purchase.
