This is information that was out almost a week ago and you think it was not already known by those who follow Vivus? How naive of you Kahuna! VLAD PS Seems to me that DRW analysts was irritated because Vivus can not give good earnings guidance. At least Vivus was honest and didn't feed them some contrived numbers. The earnings outlook is very uncertain and has a high level of variability based on whether or not a domestic partner is signed.
