Pat: I d'ont believe in absolute value. At any instant,a stock has a value relative to its peers, the Market and the Economy both National and Global. With time these factors change and prices change accordingly.

My earlier posts publicly indicated the pre-earnings top to the hour. At that point, I initiated a short term Feb hedge for a small pull back(5 pts)prior to earnings. Because we suddenly turned into a pro-Tech market , the stock would have hovered between the c$54-60 range had Mgmt delievered. I considered a possible 10%-15% correction prior earnings in a pro TECH market as normal. Using a short term hedge, I had retained my sell or hold option immediately after earnings were announced.

My very limited strategy was based on the assertions made that earnings were in line and the many notices of Contract wins. In short those BULL farts smothered my ability to sense the actual danger when NN peaked.

Next time round,I shall learn to use a mask & rely on my TA.
