Hey, thanks again, KD... and I'll repost that on the LSI thread as well.. Now I'll have to see if I can get a handle on the impact for DPMI of changes in the Fab/fabless industry structure. Some time ago, I took note of the the fact that semis were giving up their "inhouse" photomask capabilities, to the advantage of the DPMI/PLAB world. And I made some assumptions about the DPMI "resident" photomask facilities going in, in conjunction with new fab construction such as the LSI Gresham facility-- Now I have to wonder if there will be any further changes for the photomask suppliers, beyond the positive effect of the trend to narrower linewidths..
Perhaps we can get that kind of a discussion going on this thread...and add some thoughts from those more interested in the investment aspects of those changes.. Your knowledgeable insights are much appreciated, KD..
