petz, NO Intel Celerons. The reason is Intel new design for the celeron 400 calls for a new special chip set, which at this point we must assume is late or scarce. Also here the best part it will have a full 256mb cache on board causing it to be more expensive for intel to produce. Where do you jam in inot intel line without either hurting Intel margins or canabolising the old inventory necessitating a writedown one time charge to adjust the old inventory. Although Intel is probably due for one of those anyway.

Petz - Re: "AMD is selling all they can make at parity"

Sure, Petz.

That is why the price dropped from $158 to $140 in ten days since AMD announced LOSSES AHEAD, LOSSES AHEAD !

By the way - Be sure to contact AMD investor relations and ask to put a vote on the ballot at AMD's (NEW YORK CITY WHERE THEY HIDE FROM INVESTORS) next shareholder meeting - to make Cherry Sanders Chairman of the board FOR THE REST OF HIS NATURAL LIFE.

Vote for a $10,000,000/year salary for Jerry as well as UNLIMITED EXPENSES !

Vote for a new and bigger stock option for Cherry !

He deserves it !

Paul
