Clearing drive space...

A good way to clear drive space, is to uninstall (not delete!) older programs that you no longer use, clear your cache and recycle bin. Delete the contents of any temp directories (especially \Windows\Temp)

Hard drives themselves are pretty cheap nowadays, and if you really are running out of space, you can easily pick one up for $150-300. Maybe $25-45 dollars for a technician to install it, and you're up and running once again.

Another thing that you might want to consider, is to add RAM. Standard systems might still have 16Mg, but I recommend 32 if not 64 when running Windows 95/98. You'll be amazed at the performance increase.
