At this time I do not, but I am going to be making some calls Monday and Tuesday and I'll find out. I will be calling the firms that are bringing them public. I know they have around 300K subscribers and they are going to be expanding in Florida and Calif. Jeff

Here is an insert from the CBS Market Watch:

"Meanwhile, FlashNet Communications said it expects to sell 3 million
shares at $12 to $14 each. With 13.2 million shares outstanding after
the IPO, FlashNet would have a $171.6 million market cap, or about
$953 per subscriber, at a $13 offering price."
