"I can no longer click on links using Netscape browser.
The arrow turns into a finger over all links but nothing happens."

Hmm. I see that from time to time on my own system. Often, if I simply close Netscape, and then re-open it, it's fine, or reboot the system. If after that, it still does it, you might have to re-install Netscape itself. Doesn't sound like a problem with your connection, since IE works fine. Beats me.

I used to have that problem from time to time also. When it happened I closed Netscape and had to reboot in order for buttons to work in Netscape.

I've upgraded to Netscape 4.5 and not had that bug since.
