jmhollen........................ NO ONE can GUARANTEE there will be no R/S in ANY penny stock. I don't believe that there will be one, but that's my own opinion. Ditchdigger has been saying for over 2 years that there will be one,Thats his opinion. so far, I've been right, he's been wrong..but that could change. All penny stocks are a gamble, and I'm bettin' that this one is gonna make me, and a bunch of other investors a lotta money. If you are truly worried about any such happening here, call Hinton yourself and get the words right from his mouth, or sell your shares in ADGI and go on to another stock where you will sleep better at nite. Not flaming you, just affirming that you should do your own research,and if you're happy with it, fine..if not..move on to safer pastures. If you do find a stock that the CEO posts on an internet bulletin board guaranteeing the results of his stock, please let me know. I would love to take a position in that lawsuit...er,.stock.<g> Good luck to you in whatever you decide to do....... John

It is a known fact that in 97%+ of the cases, of Penny Stocks, that had a Reverse Stock Split over the past 20 years, it has resulted in the demise of those companies that initiated a reverse stock split. But, not in every case! We have discussed this over and over on this thread. Folks have posted examples of when it benefited certain companies that initiated reverse stock splits. I stand by my original prediction: NO REVERSE STOCK SPLIT FOR ADGI, anytime soon. A Buy-Back of more ADGI shares is very likely. That's my opinion.
