Thanks for your thought. I was alittle confussing with my last letter. My s-corp holding do generate distributions and I am not worried about paying on income. I feel that is good for all. My main concerns were on the fact that all profits in an S-corp are taxed as indiviuals, thus showing up on my tax return. And my question is can they be considered for a basis for child support or only the distribution's I receive. Could you or someone else has delt with this let me know. It sounds like in your letter you feel they can only use distribution's. Thanks for your help. And as always the childern come first. But using undistributed earnings as a basis, being a minority shareholder, could force the sale of the stock just to gather enough cash. Thus taking me out of the business. Could this be a real situation?
Thanks Joe
