To me that is the most simple of answers - because there is nothing to tangle them up with. BD I presume played a part in this. I have dug around and have heard (not confirmed) that the SEC charges against T. Turner have been substantially lowered as well. I would hope that he does not settle with them - because time will clear his good name. Remember after digging around for two year I have not been able to dig up dirt on this guy. Yes, I can smell it now - good news coming soon, I am sure (speculation).
