Remember that if catalogue sales are converted to internet sales there is still a big savings in expense. Savings include reduced printing expense, reduced phone expense, and eliminated paid phone order takers. Thus in a well run company, conversion of sales to internet should lead to bottom line growth even if the top line stays the same, and PROG certainly appears to be well run.

Larry, your analysis spells out exactly why I bought PROG. We can hope for better, but I am content with those projections as a base. This stock is undervalued, period. The Internet dimension just increases the potential upside if PROG eventually gets a higher multiple.

My portfolio currently has three pure Internet plays - CMGI, RNWK and VRIO - and several Internet retailers like PROG, NETS, FLYR, and until recently, FHT.
