Neocon, I have read the articles and they remind me of the elite liberal eastern bloc Republicans who loved being a minority party for some 40 years. Alan Keyes speaks for the conservatives in the party. It's about time Republicans told those Rockefeller elites where to stick their martini lunch ideology. Either you believe in the rule of law or you don't. There is no gray zone of acceptance here. The man lied to his family, to the court and to his country. Trust, integrity, fairness, decency and vision are the characteristics of leadership. Accepting these standards is tantamout to accepting NO standards. The Reagan Conservatives are what gave Republicans a majority in both houses of Congress. Reagan would have stood on principle, regardless of the poll numbers. Michael
