I was recently "fired" by my broker (Olde Discount) too under similar circumstances Ron, I'm beginning to understand the game: Keep the losing day traders but, when one turns up that consistently can profit 1/16ths from a firm's in-house MM (NFSC in my case, OLDE in yours), can his butt. Another trick that has been used against us: Your account number can be flagged so that the turnaround changes from instantaneous to 30 seconds or more. This can happen without notification to the day trader. I love capitalism. I'll keep you apprised of alternatives, Best regards, Gary Korn
