JXM: I hope everyone here reads your post and takes it to heart. You've done an admirable job of spelling out quite clearly and helpfully to this person why his personal style gets in the way and only serves to create needles heat and little light. He and his fellow travelers are either going to get it or not (depending on whether they really want to get it or are really more interested in creating heat and drawing attention to themselves anyway) but you've made it quite clear for anyone who wants to see what the problem here is. I admire your ability to refrain from personal attack yourself. You show the kind of restraint, manners, adulthood and general civility these boards need in order to remain useful. Let's hope he and others here can take your lesson to heart and raise the maturity level, and the usefulness, of this board by several orders of magnitude. It's sorely needed. The childishness and lack of adult manners here and elsewhere in this forum is unbelievable. Thank you for your contribution to civility. <<Jach, Probably not quite the beginning but a clear example of where you attack the poster instead of the message. A minor example and not too harsh, but these things start somewhere don't they? Peppe: Message 5783204 jach: Message 5783826 So what I am saying here is that due to your antagonistic tone, your message gets lost regardless of the merit. If you presented a more balanced argument then you would probably get less of a reaction from the pro-CSCO contingent. If you deny trying to antagonize CSCO bulls and claim that you were seriously only trying to provide valuable information, I will give you a public apology on this thread. However, I would recommend that you look into a way to deliver you message a little differently in the future as the current method is clearly being misunderstood. And BTW: I have never resorted to referring to you as other than your chosen SI name. By referring to me as "Jorjy the great fortune teller", I interpret that as initiating the namecalling. And just to predict your next question: Yes I do think that it is important for the CSCO bulls to be receptive to opposing views. JXM>>
