Re: FTEL--Mr. Owens, excellent input and updating on Franklin. I have positioned on this twice over the last month and have been pleased with the ease of predicted movement. For the chartist in the group, you may want to look at a simple momentum graph of FTEL. With Mr. Owens favorable DD, support level seems very strong (little downside risk), and resistance is inconclusive. Combining this with a company's favorable forecast is a good sign for the position and long and suggests a high probability of success IMO. Thoughts?

Gary; is FTEL's float approx. 20M ? I wonder what the dilution effect would be in the event of an IPO spin-off ? any ideas ? sw
