I bought DELL years ago while living in Austin Texas. I have never sold a share, shorted a share or margined a share. Just held. So, if they have a bad quarter, they have a bad quarter. The long term picture is bright, growth is continuing and the products keep getting better. I think five years from now I will still be happy.

Gene, as usual you are way off base. I have never once said DELL was at the end of its run. Quite the contrary, I believe DELL will be a great company for the rest of my lifetime. I just bought a DELL for Christmas and am thrilled with it. I do think now will be a great opportunity to get some DELL shares "on sale." As for "ripping me with the precision of a surgeon," I'm glad to see you sound as stupid waxing poetic here as you do on the Compaq thread. Robbie
