Hello Andrew Well it seems like IAR is doing their bit to keep the story out there. Nothing new here but if they don't go to the well too often visibility such as this does help. I see KLA trading on par with IAR for the first time this morning. Also of interest is LTL's volume and price increase and SUF's slide again this morning. Who knows, may be something to this SUF bid for LTL, at least the market would appear to be concerned about it. If it is in the works, I hope CJ puts out the ratio he is proposing soon and it is NOT lower than 10 to 1. Market does not appear to like the guessing game. Regarding all the perspectives we exchanged last week, you, Confluence and I, I think we all basically agree, its just you and Confluence put great store in market (technical) fundamentals where as I put more weight (short term) on the temperature of the market. Its moods so to speak about particular plays and subjects. What is the flavour of the day and what is it we have to do to get a taste test? The technical fundamentals are unimpeachable but only the analysts care. Investing has become an exercise in reading tea leaves not earnings reports. Its funny, but in this day and age of institutional investing, funds, pension plans, investment advisors, etc. when you would think logic would rule the universe, it seems more often than naught that marketing machines, media and emotion are the keys (the story). SUF had its 15 minutes of fame 1 1/2 years ago with a positive story, then again 3/4 of a year ago with a negative one. Now we need a new story to gain that fame again and this time, we need to keep our picture in the Star even if it means Madonna's Alien Child is the story beside ours. Regards
