bob but i also think this could be a bad month
the rise in interest rates with overseas markets weak
is still scaring people--especially if there are any weak earnings
i will dollar cost average in over the next few weeks

Agree, technically oversolded. If DELL rallies, COMS will pop since my technical charts are ready to exploded. I believe, Dell will rally in the late afternoon before the NEWS since there will be leaks.

I don't believe there will be any negative news. In short, Dell will surprise the street again as usual. Smart money buying on dips. The rest of the market will follow including COMS.
