I have sent the following e-mail for third time to Mr. Bendoz, e-mail address: "bendox@clickman.co.il": Dear Mr. Bendov, As an interested investor of Starnet (STEN), I am concerned by lack of news on the status of the Click to Pay deal. Considering the press releases promoting this association/merger, I think the company (Starnet) owes its shareholders some disclosure about the present status of the letter of intent. One investor on the Silicon Investor thread "relayed" what apparently was a message from you, about restructuring the deal and disregarding the "LOI" status. Could you clarify if there is a deal pending in light of the February 4 cut off date for consummating the Click to Pay deal, what it means to disregard the "LOI" status, what restructuring of the deal is being done if any, and when you expect the deal to be consummated (it if has not been terminated for good).
