That's a good question, CJG. I know it's in the mix, but not exactly where! You're referring to the comment in MMU's last NR, "Targets will be drilled sequentially as determined primarily by road access in order to minimize travel distances between locations within the 30km by 10km drilling area. " - One suggestion, keep your eye on Marum's new "Chinchaga Project Home Page" for the ongoing, "Drill Program Status" mmu.simplenet.com - updates are offered there. I will re-link here if I notice any changes there... ------ FYI, The Targets to be drilled are under little to no overburden, were selected due to several confirming indicators, etc, etc. As announced in MMU's last NR, a second geophysical consultant was brought in for further target confirmation and interpretation. Let's get cookin' with gas! Here's the Marum Chinchaga "Project Description" page.mmu.simplenet.com "A systematic exploration program, carried out over 18 months, has progressively advanced the project to a state where coincident and corroborating geological datasets strongly suggest the existence of kimberlite pipes at or near a selected number of target locations. " _ _ Marum has interest in about 1,000,000 acres in this Alberta area on the Chinchaga Craton , around half of which is held 100% by Marum and much of which is 50%. And even more land immediately surrounding this area is privately held in what can be termed 'friendly hands', as in friendly to Marum (MMU can readily be dealt in). In the event of a strike in the region, Marum has carefully positioned itself to take full advantage, with this calulated sewing up of lands. A lot of strategy has gone into the methodology up to this point. Marum has had land in the region now for coming on 5 years. ----- Currently, drilling "will be carried out by Target Drilling of Calgary using equipment which will recover HQ core (about 2 1/2 inches in diameter). Seven targets are scheduled to be drilled during the program. " - Pictures of HQ drill bit: mmu.simplenet.com ----- ----- I will see what I can find out re. your Q., CJG - - I have heard that the snow in the area is heavy and impeding things somewhat. Monitor the 'Status' page I linked above. Best of luck, -j :> PS, "The Target 7 Page" -- nifty graphics:mmu.simplenet.com - The full Monty Graphics "tour":mmu.simplenet.com
