Tom: Thanks for the info; by the way, since I've been following your comments on SI, you make a hell of a lot fewer mistakes than myself and a good number of other people on these threads. ALU is fortunate in having you on its side.

Tom and all, as I posted earlier ALU is a no-brainer. It was a $10 stock before TFC, and has a real, thriving distribution business as well as the internet business. I'm willing to snooze on my long position until the IPO materializes and will re-evaluate then,
