Approx. 770,000,000 issued, 999,999,999 authorized, and 650,000,000 to 700,000,000 restricted for about another year. Now, those restricted shares are, I believe, mostly in a family trust, with Barbara Tolley as executor. And I believe that, even though restricted, she has the authority to release them prior to expiration if the board agrees. Vandyman is right as far as I read the SEC stuff. I just wanna say this... DO NOT EVER RELY on other people to tell you things like how many shares are issued/authorized/restricted/in the float. THERE IS NO EXCUSE for you not getting this information for yourself. YOU have internet access. Most of this information is FREELY available via EDGAR among other sources. Your broker, and transfer agents can also help you. And if you do not know the difference between issued/authorized/restricted/in the float then you should search and find out the difference. The truth is out there scully. :) Ahh.
