Dear EXCALIBUR (formerly WR but now MASTER OF THE SWORD):

Well, I uncovered some interesting info while searching EDGAR to see if TAVA had filed its 10Q for qtr ended 12/31 (they havent yet so I suspect it will be filed tuesday). Anyhow, TRW Company controlled by Robert Day filed a 13G form (one used to record 5% or more stock ownership) on 2/12/99 stating they own 0% of TAVA stock. Exactly one year ago they filed a 13G form stating they owned over 1 MILLION shares. Since this form was just filed, I have to presume that they sold their stock probably beginning when TAVA was around $8 a share. It is likely they who made the continual supply of TAVA STOCK available on the open market and most likely are the cause of the drop to current levels. If my THEORY is correct perhaps we can look forward to TAVA stock increasing in price if there is no longer a large stockholder liquidating his position into the rallies.

Second item of note. I received a response from TAVA this morning in relation to the email I sent them right after the CC asking about the USPS contract. Here in a nutshell is the reason there was no press release and not gone into much at the CC. They had JUST THAT MORNING received permission from USPS to even mention their contract and at this early date they still do not know how large in fact it might be as it depends on several factors including TAVA's ability to perform well. They did point out that the USPS is a very large organization--(hint, hint,--my words). So perhaps more will be said at the annual meeting if in fact they have any new knowledge.

I now have some info to attempt to make an estimate for the 3rd qtr but am going to await the 10Q for this past one to try and glean some more NUGGETS of info to use in my calculation. Jeez, this is like mining (hope its for GOLD). JDN
