Why is MSFT always late with new products?
Are they just very very careful about releasing something after many trials?
Or do they underestimate time in the first place?
Just wondering.

John,

How is it that the Judge is accused of being stupid and biased and the case is a sham when it appears that the trial will favour the Government. Of course it has nothing to do with the fact that the MSFT lawyers are bumbling arrogant fools and that the DOJ actually has a valid case that MSFT cannot hide anymore.

But, the Jusdge is smarter than you all thought when the Judge actually make the occassional statement that goes against the DOJ.

Can you look at this with even a hint of unbiased opinions or thoughts? Your biases are so obvious it makes for funny reading.
