Good question, I really have no idea, as they are not public. I would suspect that if their product is as breakthrough as it's made out to be, then there are some heavy hitters lining up privately to fund their operations.

The only way to get such venture capital is to have an extremely exceptional product or service. Notice that the Executive VP is a securities lawyer, who left his reputable law practice to go and work for this company.

I would suspect that they plan on going public in a big way once their product has been proven and benchmarked. That could explain the reason why the lawyer left his practice... because he sees the opportunity to be part of something really big, that will revolutionize the industry.
