wayne, did you see that in Barron's, the cumulative breadth chart shows that the market is back to levels it was at in the fall? All the great "value" managers are down for the year, and the utilities and reits i got for my mom are in free fall. It seems like the most conservative and cheapest investments are going lower. These are not good signs if good, cheap stuff is getting shredded.
