Glenn,

Thanks for stating your opinion so well. I agree with a number of your statements. A number of these issues, however, are in the past. Many would agree that a company's stock price reflects the future prospects as opposed to the past. As a NAVR stockholder, I would hope that NAVR management has learned from this situation and is trying to improve things. Of course the reason why some buy and some sell are perfectly reflected in our different opinions. If those different interpretations didn't exist, there would be no stock market. :-)

Overall, however, the short- to mid-term price of NAVR will be more related to news of the S-1 filing than anything else. In regards to the stock price, I don't think the concerns you state will affect the "pop" once the S-1 is filed. There will be too many traders playing this one and they are going to be playing that news, not the company's fundamentals.

Dave

Catching up on the posts - DBCC also had "credibility" problems. DBCC filed at least three amended S-1s but look what happened to the stock!!! Sorry Glenn, you may be articulate but I'm not convinced. NAVR will be in the high 20s upon announcement and the high 30s at least B4 the IPO trades. Neal
