Here is an e mail I got this morning from Pronetlink: Good Morning Todd, Everything that we do at ProNetLink is done with the Stockholders in mind. This is clear from the very first day of the company. We do not control the movement of our stock, so our primary goal is to build the best product we can...it will speak for itself and effect the market solely based on its performance. We are currently working on the procedures for becoming a reporting company as required by recently enacted NASD requirements. During the development of ProNetLink the key to the success of the project has been the strategic alliances that we have been assembling. This takes quite a bit more time then does HTML development. We may have underestimated the time required for this however, we now have the clout that we need to aggressively compete on a global basis. During the development of ProNetLink additional funds were generated by issuing private placements and issuance of stocks pursuant to Rule 504 under Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933. While diluting the shares a bit it did give us the necessary funds to complete the marketing phase of the project. This decision was made as to the overall success of the company. As for the self imposed lock up of the management's stock, I believe that this was a strong show of support for the stockholders. The management continues to believe in the company and may consider an additional lock up. There are no insiders selling stock since all insider shares are restricted. Regarding our Press Releases, we report news as it becomes available. No company in development stages has news every day. We have posted quality news an a very regular basis. With the launch of Version 3.0 around the corner we are very pleased with the scope of ProNetLink. It has built a solid foundation to grow upon and V3 is the guidepost of what the company sees for the future of global trade.
