To all..... To: TraderGreg (10677 ) From: KZAP Monday, Jan 25 1999 9:00PM ET Reply # of 10939 TG, this is not actually to you, but you may find it interesting. Let's see, CSMA did a spin-off. At that time the stock was trading @, let's just say 20 cents. If you take away even 75% of the company, the valuation of the 'shell' that is left is only 5 cents!!! So why would it be trading at 8 cents? NO REASON!!! JMO Completely crazy! I'm telling you, this thing is not worth 2 cents!!! IMO (I really hate to put that, but just in case) Had math in School? Then DO THE MATH!!! PLEASE, if you can prove me wrong, DO SO!!! I would love it! I challenge anyone!!! Show me! KZAP Ok Kent, here is some math for you. Remember there is only 5 +/-million outstanding shares. To: Steven Durrington (284 ) From: franco Wednesday, Nov 12 1997 12:26AM ET Reply # of 10912 C$MA's equity stake in ERHC looks real BIG. ERHC just made the cover of Investors Digest Nov 7 and it UPTICKED 25% to $4. Laurel de Yturalde, editor of "Bidding on Bay Street" 506-532-6683(canada) wrote the story- maybe David S can call her with the inside scoop on C$MA so maybe we can make FRONT PAGE NEWS outside of the internet! Shorty would CUT HIMSELF shaving if he saw C$MA on the front page next week! de Yturalde sez the Utah deal is worth over $200 mil to ERHC: "So much is going on here it is impossible to place an upside potential on the stock price(SOUNDS JUST LIKE C$MA DON'T IT). The value of in-ground reserves in the latest Utah acquisition alone works out to more than $8 per share(using $5 per barrel and an inflated 30 million fully diluted shares)." Did C$MA get $200 mil? Probably not, but even if they got a small portion, thats already $1-$5/share for C$MA. Actually Coconino got 490,000 shares worth $2.00 per share
