An internationally recognized diamond-signature-expert who has worked for Russian police-investigators determining whether groups of diamonds originated from the same deposits lives in Vancouver a few miles from Winspear's head office. So why do management publicize a promotional report from half-way round the world which is nothing more than a summary of news-release data rather than contracting with an internationally known 'diamond-signature' expert who lives a few minutes drive from their office?? Doing the former elevated their stock-price temporarily but did nothing to answer the festering questions of possible salting. Doing the latter would scientifically answer the salting questions, but would perhaps expose a fraud! If they feel they have nothing to hide management should arrange for this analysis!!!
