IMO Charlie tells you, that IDTI will tank at 5 or less and remain in the red. I happen to agree and the very presence of Len and his yes-men makes that a safe bet!

A token size of profit (maybe in 4th Q) after lost 291 Million dollars in first 9 months hardly quantifies as profitable. Think about it. There have been a lot of spending on technology and capital investment since the early 1990. And IDTI managed to lose 114.5 million dollars in last 7.75 years. One has to wonder where the company will be if the tech spending is cut significantly. Even if the semiconductor sector turns around, IDTI will continue to underperform the sector as long as Perham and all of his VP's are running the company. The annual meeting in August 1999 is good time for house cleaning.
