Frank What would the four companies be?? I think they would appeal any loss in their ruling and Bill Gates would finally realize they had better hire the best legal representation money can buy instead of what they now have. This is rediculous they Microsoft would loose their case by sticking their foot in their own mouths. Looking back it would have been better for Microsoft to had rest their case when it was obvious that the Justice Department did not proove its case..
