yes, but, pepsi requires that the cup be filled with pepsi and you can't sell any other cola drink so what are you going to fill it with? you'll leave the pepsi in if you want cola.

sure, some will be militant enough to find a way to change it. on a % basis, though, it will be extremely few.

let me ask you this. of the absurd situation i've outlined, do you agree pepsi ought to be able to leverage a cola cup monopoly into excluding coke drinks from restaurants?

why doesn't msft just compete THE SAME WAY netscape has to? why does their way have to be DIFFERENT? why can't the playing field be LEVEL? why would you want an ADVANTAGE? if it isn't an ADVANTAGE then why FIGHT so HARD for it? do YOU own msft STOCK?

just some questions with a few HIGHLIGHTED concepts... ;-)
