The diamond expert Winspear hired was not looking for 'unique signatures' to determine if all the diamonds were from the same location. There are only a very few 'diamond signature' experts in the world with experience in analyzing groups of stones for unique signatures and who have worked for international police organizations in diamond fraud investigations, and one of them lives in Vancouver a few miles from Winspear!

The fact that a bank's security analyst summarizes news releases and recommends buying does not assuage diligent people's suspicions of the way management has reacted to recommendations they arrange to have one of these 'signature experts' analyze the stones!!!
