Stephen...I have completed some DD and hope to talk to the company again this week. What attracted me in the first place is the overall synergy btw an internet service company and an advertising agency (or agencies if the company can continue to acquire add'l advertising firms). It just makes a lot of sense and I think has considerable potential. I follow another public company that has the same business model and their stock is priced quite a bit higher AND has about 14m shares out...NPSC has 2.7m. The fact that the company is now profitable is most encouraging. There are many many internet companies out there w/o rev or net inc. I read their filings (if they file at all) and there is zip, zero for rev and net inc and almost no assets and always large liabilities. Here we have positive shareholder's equity of almost $500,000. I have not completed my dd yet and don't want to give the impression everything is 100% positive here. But for an internet stock trading at .44 w/rev and profit we seem to be in pretty good shape here. gpg
