Not neccesarily. besides they do have an idea a far as I know. Like I said the dyke has enough tonnage anyway. Dykes or fissures as they're called in SA a very uniform and rich compared to pipes. $20 is a realistic target when the valuations are fully proven by the bulk. The stock will trade up from where it is now even if there is no pipe as they prove up tonnage.

With a longer intersection under the lake we could see double or triple that $20 as it will be percieved by the market that the values are consistant with the dyke. $50-$60 over night. I would not be short this one. You might have beter luck shorting some of the crap on Nasdaq.
