James, the Net stocks game has changed materially in the past 3 months. Like Roger M. said in the article, the Day-traders are in control now; and they need new money!!

The "old" source of fund - The shorts and retail buying
The "new" source of fund - The shorts and retail buying plus the rich longs" who have cashed in and are ready to buy again.

Let's examine the source of fund(new money) for the next MO play:

Shorts - still there, much less than before, and hopefully the new-comers are smarter.
Retail buyers - still there, but cannot use margin anymore...need more dreamers.
The rich longs - ??? we need feed back from those please.

The momentum goes like this : market Momentum + energize day traders fuel retail buying squeeze short covering, turn cycle/trend....then repeat...

James,

<Last May I totally discounted the elephants that were eating the "Thing" up.>

They were eating it up at $20 - $30 / share. Will they continue to buy at $100+. The volume is awfully low lately, and I don't know how to interpret that.
