well, originally they were going to be reporting in August, then it was September, then by the end of the year (1998), then it was going to be in January 1999, and then it was going to be the first quarter of 1999...but already there are excuses on this projected date, too. And why? Because they don't want anybody to know their worth when they make offers to companies they are interested in acquiring.

According to the new regulations that have gone into effect, they have until the year 2000 before they HAVE to report..the list is effective by alphabetical order and PanAm or Purewater both start with the letter "P" But you see the confusion is which one has to report? They haven't even completed the Reverse Merger.
