Yes, Stuart, your explanation makes sense, but I guess I'm still thick-headed. I still don't understand why CMGI would OK the deal if LCOS stock came back to the $127 range, unless they thought they could renegotiate for a larger portion of the new company, which they clearly did not state. Maybe you're right in that CMGI's original thoughts were that the Home Shopping Network infrastructure and customer base was going to open the floodgates for LCOS E-Commerce in the long run, and were just ahead of the market thinking. At any rate, I still trust CMGI's judgement and think they will do well in the future. Still holding long.
