You mean that someone has hope only because of thier party affiliation? Your think ing is so shallow it is unbelievable. Liberalism is dead. The only hope the Democrats have had to survive is to move closer to center. Look at the most sucessful programs in the past few years they all are historically conservative issues. NAFTA, welfare reform, moving SS funds to private sector. All of these have thier origination from conservatives. I could care less what party someone is but I am definately conservative.
