NFW! To be the first legislation after impeachment sure doesn't say much for our leaders does it. Typical Washington solution is to put it off. Social Security reform until the next century, tax cuts until after SS reform, Y2K a couple of days. Stop wasting time, allocate funds, stop trying to come up with a way that 1/1/2000 will not happen, and get on with it! Also, make damn sure those Russians have control of their ICBM's which I think is in question at the moment.
