That's exactly my experience too, EXCEPT once when (as zp did)
I connected to an old monitor because the original had gone
to that big parts bin in the sky.

This got put in when NT moved the vid driver into kernel
mode, but goodness knows I've found NT unstable enough when
ANY driver has a problem.

Killed another server today. I'm going to make a trophy
board in my family room ... <g>

Good point, Sean. Wrong use of words on my part. I also agree with your experience in that regard.
