MRL (Marine Drilling) looks attractive here. They have 2001 Leap calls, which I have been accumulating. KMG near bottom too, IMHO.

PKD...HAL...all are in position for accumulation if one has extra cash. But the warm winter in America and the Brazil economy make
oil surplus running higher than one expects...watch the crude oil
commodity for deleiveries in March/April and May...if it is going down
further that means the market is NOT at the bottom yet !!!!
